Tier 1 Setup Shop was founded by Brett Bullard, a passionate sim racer, league owner, and community builder who saw something special in the people around him. What started as a group of friends competing together in iRacing quickly grew into a team of talented racers, builders, strategists, creatives, and broadcasters—each with a shared drive to go faster and help others do the same.

Brett launched Tier 1 Setup Shop with one core goal: bring proven talent together and offer quality, community-driven services to the iRacing world—without losing the personal, team-first mindset that started it all.

While Tier 1 Setup Shop focuses on performance and setups, it is part of a larger vision that includes Tier 1 Wraps and Tier 1 Studio, creating a complete, professional ecosystem for sim racers.
