By purchasing from Tier 1 Setup Shop, you agree to the following terms:

All setups, subscriptions, setup packs, season passes, custom setups, and digital products sold by Tier 1 Setup Shop are for personal use only. Setups may not be shared, resold, redistributed, uploaded, traded, copied, or given to any other driver, team, league, Discord, website, or setup shop.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, Tier 1 Setup Shop does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. This includes individual setups, monthly subscriptions, season passes, custom setup orders, and any other digital product.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they are purchasing the correct setup, car, track, series, subscription, or product before completing checkout.

Tier 1 Setup Shop is not responsible for differences in driving style, skill level, track conditions, iRacing updates, weather, tire model changes, or personal preference that may affect setup performance.

Monthly subscriptions provide access to the listed setup content during the active subscription period. Subscription access does not grant ownership rights to redistribute or share any files provided through Tier 1 Setup Shop.

Any customer found sharing, leaking, reselling, or distributing Tier 1 Setup Shop products may have their access revoked without refund and may be permanently banned from future purchases, subscriptions, Discord access, or team programs.

Tier 1 Setup Shop reserves the right to update, change, or remove products, pricing, subscription offerings, and policies at any time.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
